FP&A Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze operating results and explain variances between actual performance, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and provide timely insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Review large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that affect business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and improve financial reporting accuracy.
• Develop concise summaries and presentations that communicate key financial findings to management.
• Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles by updating forecasts and tracking performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis within a corporate finance, FP& A, or senior analyst capacity.• Strong capability in financial modeling, including building structured analyses to support planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to perform variance analysis and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience producing ad hoc financial analysis in response to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques and working with large, complex data sets.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to accuracy, organization, and detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to business partners.
Compensation
