FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP& A Analyst to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida on a Contract basis. This role is ideal for a finance specialist who can turn complex data into clear business insights, support planning activities, and deliver meaningful analysis to guide decisions. The position will focus on financial performance evaluation, forecasting support, and model development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze operating results and explain variances between actual performance, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and provide timely insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Review large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that affect business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and improve financial reporting accuracy.
• Develop concise summaries and presentations that communicate key financial findings to management.
• Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles by updating forecasts and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis within a corporate finance, FP& A, or senior analyst capacity.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, including building structured analyses to support planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to perform variance analysis and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience producing ad hoc financial analysis in response to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques and working with large, complex data sets.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to accuracy, organization, and detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to business partners.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
