Medical Recruiter

Compensation: $24 to $26 Hourly

We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to join a home care organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position will lead hiring efforts for clinical talent across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, helping the team attract staff who support high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple searches at once, building strong candidate relationships, and keeping the recruitment process organized from outreach through onboarding.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical openings, with a focus on nursing and therapy positions.
• Identify and engage candidates with experience in the role through online sourcing, referrals, networking, and social media channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, credentials, and overall alignment with role requirements.
• Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand and difficult-to-fill healthcare roles.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding steps to help ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, staffing activity updates, and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring teams to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while supporting staffing priorities.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events and community outreach activities when needed.
• Provide a detail-oriented and positive experience for candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success recruiting nurses, therapists, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
• Strong talent sourcing skills with the ability to build and sustain candidate relationships.
• Ability to manage a high volume of openings and balance competing priorities effectively.
• Clear communication skills and strong organizational follow-through.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Background in home health, hospice, healthcare systems, or staffing agency recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare hiring markets in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is a plus.

Compensation

$24.00-$26.00 Hourly
