Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering responsive support to customers and agents, handling policy-related inquiries, and ensuring documentation is completed with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple service tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer concerns and policy-related issues promptly while working toward fair and accurate outcomes.

• Communicate updates, coverage details, and product information to customers and agency partners through clear and attentive interactions.

• Complete administrative insurance documentation, including policy changes, confirmations, beneficiary updates, certificates, and invoice corrections.

• Enter and update information in internal systems to keep records current, organized, and reliable.

• Review incoming requests carefully to ensure forms and supporting materials are processed correctly and on time.

• Maintain detailed files and documentation to support service quality, compliance, and accurate account handling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service; call center experience is preferred.
• General understanding of the insurance industry and insurance-related products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, agents, and internal teams.
• Ability to use tact, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive questions or disputes.
• Solid typing, data entry, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation

$22.00-$25.00 Hourly
