We're looking for a Junior Staff Accountant who wants to grow their career, learn from experienced accounting leaders, and gain exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
What You'll Do
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Support financial statement preparation
- Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with audits and reporting requests
- Partner with AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial data
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, or month-end close
- Eagerness to learn and grow within accounting and finance
