Operations Supervisor

Seeking a Customer Service & Operations Supervisor to support order processing, logistics coordination, inventory communication, and customer service functions within its laundry division. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in order processing, supply chain coordination, logistics, SAP, and Excel, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing customer orders from entry through shipment while partnering with internal teams across purchasing, finance, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify customer order details, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Process sales orders in SAP, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, delivery timelines, and order history
• Send order acknowledgements to customers and provide timely updates on order status
• Manage customer and sales orders from entry through shipment confirmation
• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to align delivery schedules and meet deadlines
• Communicate shipment delays and order issues to customers promptly
• Partner with purchasing to track incoming containers and warehouse arrivals
• Arrange logistics for outbound shipments in accordance with company guidelines
• Create invoices and send documentation to customers
• Work with finance to resolve credit and payment issues
• Handle customer inquiries regarding inventory availability, delivery dates, and product questions via phone and email
• Provide shipping and receiving instructions to warehouse teams
• Maintain complete, accurate order files and supporting documentation
• Assist in resolving claims related to delivered materials
• Manage product returns in accordance with RMA procedures
• Update managerial reports related to invoicing, booked orders, in-house orders, and operational metrics
• Maintain customer and material information in SAP, including pricing and discounts
• Partner with inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, order processing, logistics coordination, inventory support, or supply chain-related roles
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably SAP
• Proven ability to process, track, ship, and confirm customer orders
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Spanish language skills required
