Business Process Engineer

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite/week)

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

$65-$70/hr W2 | Conversion Salary: $115,000-$120,000

Start date: October 5th (background check process typically takes ~3 weeks)

Overview

Our client is hiring a Business Process Engineer to lead complex process improvement initiatives across a large enterprise environment. This role is focused on driving process optimization, facilitating strategic stakeholder discussions, and designing scalable future-state business processes.

The ideal candidate has experience leading business process transformation efforts, facilitating executive-level discussions, and delivering process improvements that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis and improvement initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Evaluate current-state processes and design future-state solutions
• Develop process maps, business requirements, operating procedures, and supporting documentation
• Identify process gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement recommended changes
• Present process recommendations and strategic insights to leadership teams

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process engineering, continuous improvement, or related roles
• Strong experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process redesign
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, TOGAF, or similar certifications
• Experience leading enterprise process transformation initiatives
• Continuous improvement or operational excellence background
