Business Process Analyst

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite/week)

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

$58-$64/hr W2 | Conversion Salary: $100,000-$110,000

Start date: October 5th (background check process typically takes ~3 weeks)

Overview

Our client is looking to add a Business Process Analyst to a growing team focused on enterprise process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

This position will support cross-functional teams by analyzing current-state processes, gathering requirements, and helping implement process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with business stakeholders
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements
• Create process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with business and project teams to support operational initiatives
• Assist in defining future-state processes and best practices
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, or similar role
• Strong process analysis and business documentation skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience creating process flows, workflow documentation, and business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Process improvement experience
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, or related certifications (not required)
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
