Customer Service

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused contract, Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization in Federal Way, WA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Process orders, requests, applications, and account updates.
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
• Support additional administrative and customer support functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or office support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
