Senior Wealth Analyst opportunity with a highly respected wealth management firm in San Francisco.
If you're a Wealth Analyst who wants to move beyond simply preparing reports and actually get closer to portfolio management, financial planning, investment management, and clients, this could be a great next step.
💰 Up to $115K–$145K base (stretch) + up to 20% bonus + profit sharing
📍 San Francisco Financial District
🏢 Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

Your work will include:
📊 Portfolio management & analysis
📈 Investment management
🧮 Financial planning & modeling
📋 Quarterly portfolio reviews
🤝 Preparing materials for client meetings
💡 Supporting Wealth Managers with high-level client strategies
And importantly, this is a role with a path forward.
The team structure provides a clear progression from Wealth Analyst → Senior Wealth Analyst → Wealth Advisor → Wealth Manager.
Qualifications:
🧠 Who They're Looking For
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- Exposure to financial planning
- CFP® designation or currently pursuing it
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
- Someone polished enough to participate in client meetings
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management
