Description
The Princeton Quantum Initiative, Department of Computer Science, and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University seek applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in quantum information theory and quantum computer science. Candidates in all areas of quantum science and engineering are encouraged to apply, with a special focus on quantum information theory and quantum computer science, including quantum algorithms and applications, quantum computer architecture, quantum error correction, quantum complexity theory, and fundamentals of quantum information theory are encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold a PhD in engineering, physics, computer science, materials science, or a related technical field. Candidates should have a commitment to teaching and a demonstrated ability to pursue a high impact research program. A start date of September 1, 2027 is preferred.
