Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a growing organization based out of Denton, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who brings a thoughtful, quality-driven approach to talent acquisition and enjoys building strong alignment between candidates and business needs. In this role, you will manage a steady portfolio of openings while partnering closely with an internal recruiting team to shape search strategies, engage talent, and move hiring efforts forward effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal recruiting partners to clarify hiring goals, define position expectations, and outline target candidate backgrounds.
• Drive proactive sourcing efforts to attract and connect with both active job seekers and hard-to-reach passive talent.
• Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles to determine alignment across experience, capabilities, interest level, and overall suitability.
• Lead detailed candidate interviews that provide meaningful insight beyond an initial screening conversation.
• Create tailored interview questions and structured interview guides that reflect the needs of each specific role.
• Share recruiting market observations and candidate feedback to improve search direction and hiring outcomes.
• Adjust recruiting methods to support a range of industries, job categories, and workplace environments.
• Provide consistent updates to the recruiting team on pipeline activity, search status, and shifting priorities.
• Oversee approximately 5 to 10 active requisitions at one time while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.based out of
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.• Background recruiting for diverse position types, including entry-level, skilled trades, mid-level, and specialized roles.
• Proven ability to manage roughly 7 to 10 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capability with success identifying talent for roles that require strategic and creative outreach.
• Solid interviewing and candidate evaluation skills, including the ability to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Experience designing customized interview questions and role-specific interview frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Jobvite is beneficial.
