Product Manager

Robert Half is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to support a critical product area within our client's Marketplace platform. This role will focus on enhancing the customer experience and evolving customer-facing workflows that support private markets investing and trading activities.

The ideal candidate will balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and business stakeholders. This individual will operate as a Product Owner within an Agile environment, owning roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery.

Qualifications:

•Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area or feature set, including strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog in partnership with engineering, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

• Conduct ongoing customer discovery and market research to deeply understand user needs in the private markets ecosystem.

• Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with design to ensure user experiences are intuitive and valuable.

• Partner with engineering to make tradeoffs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into product decisions, working with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment.

• Track adoption and outcomes for shipped features; gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

• Leads a scrum team focused on a key product capability (e.g., investor onboarding, order execution workflows, or reporting features).

• Manages a roadmap with multiple related features that serve a specific customer or regulatory need.

• Partners with design to deliver customer-facing experiences and with compliance to ensure adherence to core regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrates early ability to influence tradeoffs and scope in collaboration with engineering and business partners.
