Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee pre-employment administrative steps, including coordination of required documentation and background-related activities before an employee’s start date.
• Facilitate onboarding workflows within the HRIS, ensuring new employee records are entered accurately and completed on schedule.
• Lead new employee orientation sessions and help new team members understand initial processes, policies, and required paperwork.
• Update and monitor onboarding logs to keep status information current and easy for the HR team to track.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain personnel files with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Support internal HR compliance reviews by gathering records, checking documentation, and helping resolve file discrepancies.
• Provide broad administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up communication.
• Partner with team members during transition and cross-training periods to help ensure continuity of onboarding and HR coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources coordination, onboarding, or HR administration.• Hands-on experience managing pre-employment steps such as documentation collection, hiring workflows, or pre-employment screening coordination.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, including experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Ability to support HR audits and maintain organized, compliant employee records.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with tracking spreadsheets and training databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully onsite environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with new hires and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation
