Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in the Greater Seattle Area looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support a business bankruptcy matter. This engagement is well suited for a practitioner who can manage Chapter 11 case activity with minimal supervision. The attorney in this role will help keep filings, reporting, and court-related deadlines on track while preparing key bankruptcy documentation for the matter.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee critical case deadlines and coordinate the timely submission of bankruptcy-related filings and scheduled reports.
• Prepare and revise Chapter 11 documents, including schedules A through H, monthly operating reports, and plan materials.
• Support a business bankruptcy case by organizing required documentation and ensuring filings align with procedural expectations.
• Draft legal motions, briefs, and related case documents needed to advance the matter effectively.
• Provide legal analysis and practical guidance on Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters throughout the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing is required in Washington, Oregon, or California.
• 2+ years of bankruptcy law experience, with direct Chapter 11 matter involvement.

The salary range for this position is $50-70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
