Treasury Consultant

We are looking for a Treasury Consultant to support core treasury operations for a manufacturing organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Long-term Contract position will focus on cash visibility, liquidity planning, banking administration, and financial reporting while partnering with accounting, FP& A, and banking contacts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, sound financial judgment, and the ability to manage day-to-day treasury activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cash positioning activities and compile timely reporting to provide clear visibility into global liquidity.
• Develop and update near-term cash flow projections to support funding decisions and operational planning.
• Coordinate bank account administration, including documentation, maintenance, and compliance-related requests such as KYC support.
• Execute treasury transactions such as wire payments, intercompany funding movements, and related banking activity reporting.
• Track foreign currency exposures and assist with settlement processes to support effective risk monitoring.
• Prepare account reconciliations and contribute to month-end close activities by ensuring treasury balances are accurate and well documented.
• Maintain treasury files, reporting calendars, and internal control procedures to support accurate and compliant operations.
• Review bank fee activity, identify cost reduction opportunities, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency.
• Support treasury system reporting, ongoing platform maintenance, and process automation or enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with accounting and FP& A teams to strengthen forecast accuracy, improve cash reporting, and increase financial visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, corporate finance, or cash management roles.
• Working knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank operations, and treasury reporting practices.
• Experience with enterprise financial or treasury platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, GTreasury, Reval, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities successfully in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

$42.75-$49.50 Hourly
