• Accounting oversight, budgeting, and reporting
• HR operations, payroll, benefits, and recruiting
• Facilities, vendor management, and office operations
• Leadership of administrative teams across multiple locations

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in operations, human resources, office management, or a similar leadership role.• Demonstrated background in employee relations, HR administration, and compensation and benefits processes.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance practices, policy administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting accounting functions such as budgeting, reconciliations, payroll review, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
• Ability to manage multiple offices or teams, including coordination with vendors, landlords, and cross-functional corporate partners.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to balance financial, people, and facilities priorities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience training staff and guiding performance management processes.
Compensation
