Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead data and application initiatives in Redmond, Washington. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on guiding modern reporting, integration, and platform delivery efforts across Azure-based environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership with hands-on knowledge of data pipelines, Power Platform solutions, and enterprise reporting architecture to turn business needs into practical technical outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of data and application projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee the design and management of Microsoft Fabric pipelines and Data Factory workflows that support reliable data movement and processing.
• Direct Power Apps and broader Power Platform solution development to improve business processes and support operational needs.
• Guide Azure-based development activities, including data modeling, environment performance review, and platform administration oversight.
• Support Azure-hosted applications by coordinating issue resolution, production support activities, and stable ongoing operations.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes to help maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert reporting and analytics requirements into clear technical designs, scalable models, and semantic reporting layers.
• Coordinate integration efforts across connected platforms while addressing defects, deployments, and post-release support requirements.
• Drive master data management initiatives, including property and site mapping, to improve reporting quality and cross-system alignment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading IT and data-focused projects in a project management or senior consulting capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and the ability to manage delivery in iterative project environments.
• PMP certification or comparable formal project management credential.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Data Factory concepts, and enterprise data integration approaches.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, and Azure-based application or data solution delivery.
• Ability to translate business reporting objectives into technical plans, reporting models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for tracking work, risks, issues, and delivery progress.

Compensation

$75.00-$80.00 Hourly
