Premier Plaintiffs' Trial Firm Seeks Senior Litigation Paralegal

About Firm & Position:

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded plaintiffs' litigation firm with a national practice and a reputation for handling sophisticated, high-exposure matters. The firm litigates complex cases throughout the country and offers paralegals the opportunity to work closely with accomplished trial attorneys on significant litigation. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support a complex federal litigation matter and play an integral role throughout all phases of the case, from discovery through trial preparation.

Senior Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case dockets

• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts

• Draft and respond to discovery requests

• Coordinate document productions and maintain case databases

Hours:

• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• 37.5-hour workweek

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Litigation Paralegal supporting complex civil litigation matters.
2. Experience with California state and federal court procedures.
3. California resident able to work remotely within the state.

$95,000.00-$104,999.00 Yearly
