HR Generalist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee inquiries
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with benefits administration and HRIS data maintenance
• Support employee relations, policy communication, and compliance activities
• Maintain personnel records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Help manage performance tracking, reporting, and other HR projects
• Partner with leadership and employees to support HR initiatives and workplace needs

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous human resources experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance practices
• Experience with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other HR-related systems
