IT Support Specialist

Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client located in Culver City, CA. IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Mac/macOS environments, with strong expertise in Jamf and Microsoft Intune, as well as experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier I/II technical support to enterprise users across Mac/macOS and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, networking, application, and connectivity issues.
• Provide hands-on support for Apple Mac devices, iPhones, and other Apple endpoints.
• Administer and support Apple devices using Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, policies, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Windows and cross-platform endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, application deployment, configuration policies, compliance, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Support identity and access-related issues involving Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, MFA, and password/account management.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain enterprise software and endpoint applications.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Apple Mac/macOS environments.
• 3+ years of experience working with Jamf for Apple device management.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of macOS troubleshooting, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint support.
• Experience supporting enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with MFA, password resets, account provisioning, and access troubleshooting.
