Sr. Salesforce Applications Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Applications Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrations, and customizations across the Salesforce platform while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, workflows, validation rules, and Process Builder.
• Configure and manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Develop and support Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
• Develop highly optimized, bulkified Apex classes and triggers.
• Support testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage production support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support release/change management processes.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Exposure to Agentforce or AI-driven Salesforce technologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in Apex development and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and enterprise data integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint ceremonies, standups, and iterative delivery.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with leadership capabilities.
