Customer Service & Operations Supervisor
This role is ideal for someone with strong order processing, customer service, and operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and confirmed accurately. Must be bilingual Spanish
Key Responsibilities
- Process, manage, ship, and confirm customer orders
- Enter and maintain sales orders in SAP with accuracy
- Coordinate delivery timelines, logistics, and shipment updates
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and product questions
- Partner with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams to support smooth order flow
- Prepare invoices, maintain order records, and assist with returns and claims
- Support inventory coordination and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in order processing, customer service, or operations
- Strong Excel skills required
- SAP experience required
- Spanish required
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
Compensation
