Operations Coordinator
Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and ensure processes, documentation, and client requests are handled accurately and efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, managing detailed workflows, and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and administrative processes to support the team.
- Manage documentation, forms, applications, and other business records with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor workflows, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, carriers, vendors, and other external partners as needed.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and update information within internal databases and systems.
- Assist with onboarding, account setup, licensing, contracting, or other operational processes as needed.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other operational materials.
- Track and resolve outstanding issues by following up with appropriate parties.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and overall operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential client and business information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, customer service, or a related professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
Compensation
