Cloud Infrastructure & Network Administrator

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Network Administrator to support and optimize a hybrid Azure, AWS, and on-premises environment. This role is focused on cloud administration, networking, and infrastructure operations, with an emphasis on Azure networking technologies such as Azure Virtual WAN. A dedicated Information Security team handles security governance, so only a solid understanding of security fundamentals is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot cloud networking, including Azure Virtual WAN, VNets, VPCs, VPNs, routing, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Support Cisco network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS IAM, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and VMware environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity while resolving infrastructure issues.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex cloud, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with security and application teams on cloud modernization and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves

• Strong Azure and AWS administration experience
• Strong Cisco network administration experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking: Azure Virtual WAN, VNets, VPCs, VPNs, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM
• Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and VMware administration experience
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• Backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring experience
• Tier 2/Tier 3 infrastructure and network troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cloud security and best practices

Nice to Have

• Citrix Cloud / VDI experience
• Intune or endpoint management experience
• 8x8 or telephony support experience
• Linux administration experience
• Experience with Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, AWS Config, or Security Hub
