About the Opportunity
The Property Accountant will play an important role in supporting the accounting and financial operations of the company's real estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on accounting role and wants to work closely with property managers and other stakeholders outside of the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Property Accounting experience
- Real estate accounting experience is a plus
- Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, and/or QuickBooks is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with property managers and other external partners
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
