Faculty.Lecturer.Lecturer - Part-Time
The Department of Behavioral and Community Health Sciences (BCHS) in the School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh (https://www.bchs.pitt.edu/) invites applications for a part-time Lecturer position for the 2026 fall term.
The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and/or a related public health field. Prior classroom lecture experience at an institution of higher learning is preferred.
Duties:
- Teach one section of BCHS 2660 HARM REDUCTION APPROACHES IN HEALTH & PUBLIC HEALTH SETTINGS
- Meet with students beyond the classroom as may be appropriate to their educational needs
- Provide regular feedback to students in the form of in-class desk critiques, reviews, and graded assignments.
