Production Frame Clerk (Second Shift)
PDS Optical is seeking a Frame Clerk to work in our Optical Lab on Bishop Lane!
The Frame Clerk is responsible for placing each order in a tray and pulling the frame selected by the customer for each order.
This is an entry-level position with the hours of 4:30pm to 1:00am, Monday - Friday. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00/hr. Employees will receive on the job training, while optical or production experience is helpful, no experience is necessary.

Essential Functions:
- Must learn and retain knowledge of frame types, sizes, colors, etc.
- Receive orders from online printer or Data Entry Department and tray up all orders.
- Reads work ticket to select proper frame.
- Pull the selected frame and place in optical tray.
- Proper tray scan in and out for your area
- Maintain adequate inventory and order frames as needed.
Work Environment:
This position operates mostly in the Frame Department of our optical laboratory. The temperature can vary, the noise level such as phones ringing may be slightly distracting. This position also requires working in close proximity to a diverse group of other coworkers.
