Function of Position:
Assist the department in basic operational tasks that support keeping technology up to date and equipment and records in order.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather information on computer use (who has logged in to a device and when, department, location)
- Send communications based on an email template and gathered information
- Monitor paper usage in shared-use printers across the College on a weekly basis, fill print trays as needed, note paper stock available at locations on chart
- Assist in maintaining parts and equipment - sorting, moving, labeling, scanning, creating lists
- Assist in verifying location of equipment within offices and labeling equipment in place
- Assist in resolving tickets with a full-time staff member
- Assist with preparing equipment for recycling

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Current student
- Ability to work during core hours - 8:45 am-4:45 pm Monday-Friday
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest and/or experience with computers and information technology
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish or other languages proficiently
Additional Information:
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Hours per week: 10-20 hours
