Riggs CAT

Description:

At RiggsCat, we believe learning should do more than transfer knowledge—it should improve performance, accelerate capability development, and help people solve real business challenges.

We are looking for a Learning Solutions Creator who combines instructional design expertise, creativity, technology proficiency, and business acumen to develop exceptional learning experiences that deliver measurable results.

This is not a traditional training role.

You'll partner with leaders across RiggsCat, Caterpillar, and external stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design innovative solutions, and create engaging learning experiences that help employees learn faster, perform better, and grow their careers.

If you love turning complex challenges into simple, impactful learning experiences, this role may be for you.
