The Driver Warehouse plays a pivotal role in operational logistics by transporting critical telecommunications materials, heavy machinery, and fleet vehicles to field crews installing utility infrastructure.

What you’ll do

Fleet & Equipment Operation

  • Safely load, haul, unload, and secure heavy machinery, including Directional Drills, Backhoes/Excavators, Skid Steers, Tractor Trailers, and Vacuum Trucks/Trailers.

  • Travel to and from job sites, keeping field crews supplied (includes occasional overnight stays).

 Warehouse Management

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and secure supplies and equipment upon delivery.

  • Assist shop and warehouse teams with day-to-day facility support tasks.

 DOT Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all loads are secured in strict compliance with DOT and company guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate hours-of-service logs, transport paperwork, and permits.

What you’ll need

 

  • License: Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience safely transporting heavy construction equipment or utility trucks.

  • Travel/Availability: Willingness to travel out-of-town regularly, work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.

  • Environment: Ability to perform physical work confidently in all outdoor weather conditions.
