Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely support to members, certification holders, and exam candidates by answering questions about membership status, credential upkeep, continuing education, and renewal expectations.
• Guide applicants through eligibility and submission steps for certification programs, ensuring they understand required documentation and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate constituent information by reviewing, updating, and organizing records across database and tracking platforms.
• Process and validate supporting materials such as transcripts, certificates, and related documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Enter and reconcile data with a high level of accuracy while managing multiple systems and a high volume of service requests.
• Investigate customer concerns, provide practical resolutions when possible, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Support registration and administrative activities tied to certification and credentialing programs.
• Fulfill requests for verification of certifications and provide clear information regarding status and standing.
• Contribute to daily department operations by handling clerical tasks, documentation follow-up, and other administrative support needs.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer success, or a call center environment.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, phone interactions, and multiple browser-based systems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
• Experience with credentialing, licensing, membership support, or related administrative processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working within database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
