Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and tenants in a courteous manner and provide clear assistance in both English and Spanish.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties, and relay messages promptly.
• Respond to general tenant questions and guide individuals to the right internal contact for further support.
• Receive rent payments in the form of checks or money orders and document submissions according to established procedures.
• Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth day-to-day front desk coverage.
• Handle inbound calls efficiently while demonstrating professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Assist with routine administrative duties that support office operations and tenant communication.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse tenant population.• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Comfortable operating a multi-line phone or switchboard system in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach to tenant interaction.
• Ability to accept and process check and money order payments with attention to detail.
• Dependable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Compensation
