Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce and report development experience to support a university environment for the remainder of the year on contract, approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Salesforce resource, partnering with Career Center, Admissions, and other end users to manage, monitor, and fulfill data and campaign requests.
• Create custom Salesforce reports and actionable insights, perform light data cleanup and maintenance, and support the migration of paper and Excel records into Salesforce.
• Leverage Excel and basic data analytics skills to identify trends, improve data quality, and help users make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, assess business needs, and translate findings into clear documentation.

• Experience with Salesforce, report preparation, and working with technical and non technical users

• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices within project or operational environments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and the ability to support data integrity efforts.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with data cleansing and maintaining accurate business records.
