M&A Program Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead technology due diligence by evaluating infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity posture, data environments, and third-party dependencies for potential transactions.
• Translate diligence findings into practical integration or separation strategies, including Day 1 readiness plans, transition activities, and resource estimates.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap that outlines milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership across multiple IT workstreams.
• Establish governance frameworks for the program, including status reporting, decision logs, risk tracking, budget oversight, and executive review cadences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve blockers, and drive timely decisions across complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee cutover planning, migration coordination, TSA-related activities, and stabilization efforts to support operational continuity after close.
• Manage external consulting and delivery partners while monitoring spend, integration costs, and value opportunities tied to the transaction.
• Work closely with security, legal, audit, and compliance teams to address regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and operational risks throughout the program.
• Direct post-close hypercare and transition activities, then hand off services into steady-state operations while capturing lessons learned for future transactions.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading technology programs for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or separations.• Strong background in program governance, including executive reporting, milestone management, and issue resolution.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional IT teams spanning infrastructure, applications, security, networking, and end-user support.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and budget performance within large-scale initiatives.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance practices, and controls related to cybersecurity, privacy, and regulated business environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and steering committees.
• Ability to build structured plans for Day 1 readiness, post-close stabilization, and long-term operational transition.
Compensation
