Commercial Real Estate Corporate Paralegal

Overview

Robert Half is partnering with a commercial real estate investment and property management company to hire a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a short-term contract assignment. This role will focus on managing and organizing complex commercial real estate loan documentation, CMBS servicing matters, entity compliance, and financing transactions. The Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will partner closely with legal leadership to maintain loan portfolios, prepare loan abstracts and compliance trackers, oversee entity administration, and support a variety of commercial real estate and lending-related matters. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and maintain commercial real estate loan files.
• Prepare loan abstracts, summaries, and compliance tracking tools.
• Support CMBS loan servicing, modifications, consent requests, and lender communications.
• Manage entity records, organizational documents, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation support and document productions.
• Assist with commercial real estate financing and transaction-related matters.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
• Strong experience with loan documentation, title matters, and financing transactions.
• Knowledge of LLCs, entity management, and corporate records.
• Experience supporting litigation and outside counsel.
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
• CMBS, institutional lending, or loan servicing experience strongly preferred.
