Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, team members, and clients with a courteous and welcoming presence while directing them appropriately.
• Coordinate appointments and manage shared calendars to ensure meeting spaces are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
• Handle routine office support activities such as document organization, data updates, and mail distribution.
• Respond to inbound calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish when assisting colleagues, visitors, or cross-functional teams.
• Assist with administrative needs across departments as business demands require.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and help create a positive experience for everyone entering the office.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, including spoken and written communication is required.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage several tasks at once with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and detail-oriented communication style.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.
• Comfort using office technology and business software, including phone systems, CRM tools, and general computer programs.
Compensation
