Accounts Receivable Analyst

Atlanta, GA 30305, US Temporary
Compensation: $31 to $35 Hourly

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support a growing healthcare organization in Atlanta, Georgia on an ongoing Contract basis with the potential to go permanent. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys managing billing and collections activities, resolving account discrepancies, and helping maintain accurate invoicing across the revenue cycle. The position combines day-to-day receivables work with tax-related billing validation, making it a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working in NetSuite and collaborating across teams in a hybrid environment.


Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, collections, and account follow-up activities to keep receivables current and reduce overdue balances.

• Review pre-billing and post-billing tax details in coordination with tax software tools to help ensure charges are accurate.

• Investigate and resolve short payments, customer credits, billing discrepancies, and payment processing fee issues.

• Process cash activity and support cash application tasks to maintain accurate account records.

• Use NetSuite to track receivables, update account information, and monitor billing status across customers.

• Prepare weekly accounts receivable updates and explain drivers behind aged balances or shifts in outstanding amounts.

• Work closely with internal sales and business partners to address collection matters and strengthen communication around open accounts.

• Support manual payment handling and other receivables-related tasks that require periodic onsite presence.


Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, and commercial collections within a business environment.
• Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
• Hands-on experience using tax software such as Avalara, Anrok, or a comparable platform.
• Strong Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
• Knowledge of short pays, payment processing fees, customer credits, and billing error resolution.
• Background in cash applications, cash activity tracking, and receivables reconciliation.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting with a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, Georgia.

Compensation

$31.00-$35.00 Hourly
