Production Designer

We are looking for a Production Designer/ Brand Designer to support a fast-paced hospitality organization in Inglewood, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys refining creative assets for multiple formats while partnering closely with design and marketing teams. You will help adapt approved concepts into production-ready materials used across a range of brand touchpoints, including venue-related applications. The role offers a collaborative environment with regular onsite participation and hands-on work in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Transform existing creative concepts into finished assets tailored for a variety of formats, dimensions, and placements.

• Adjust and prepare visual materials based on requests from internal design and marketing partners, ensuring each deliverable aligns with brand standards.

• Produce multiple versions of artwork for use across organizational campaigns, promotional materials, and arena-related displays.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team to manage incoming design needs and keep projects moving on schedule.

• Use Adobe Creative Suite to resize, update, and finalize graphics for print, digital, and environmental applications.

• Review files for quality, accuracy, and production readiness before release or installation.

• Support the execution of branded materials for both the organization and the venue across changing creative requirements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in production design, graphic production, or a closely related creative role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite in a design environment with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to resize, version, and adapt artwork accurately across multiple specifications.
• Comfortable collaborating with design and marketing stakeholders in a deadline-driven setting.
• Willingness to work onsite in California at least part of the week.
• Solid attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume asset updates.
• Portfolio that shows strong design execution and production-focused problem solving.

Compensation

$30.40-$35.20 Hourly
