Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

We are seeking an energetic and engaging Recruiter to support high-volume hiring during a busy holiday season. This is a fast-paced opportunity for someone who thrives in an active recruiting environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high holiday-volume recruiting activity
• Conduct cold calling to source and attract candidates
• Actively schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting logistics
• Perform phone screens and assess candidate qualifications
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, nimble recruiting team of 2

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms; Dayforce, and Microsoft Office Suite experience is helpful, though any HRIS experience is acceptable

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, or a closely related talent acquisition role.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates for a range of positions using proactive recruiting techniques and market research.
• Experience conducting phone screens and interviews with a consistent, organized evaluation approach.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain an organized daily schedule, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations within a detail-oriented business setting; wholesale distribution industry exposure is a plus.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
