Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative activities for the department, ensuring documents, records, and routine tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Review forms, files, and supporting materials to confirm they meet established compliance and documentation standards.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic records, including data entry updates and tracking of important administrative information.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct questions to the appropriate team members in an organized manner.
• Support front-desk and receptionist-related functions by greeting visitors and assisting with day-to-day office needs.
• Prepare, collect, and process paperwork required for departmental operations, audits, and compliance-related reviews.
• Monitor administrative workflows and follow up on missing or incomplete information to help keep submissions current and accurate.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or receptionist-focused role.• Ability to manage paperwork, data entry, and recordkeeping with strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling inbound phone calls and providing clear internal and external communication.
• Familiarity with compliance-related documentation, review processes, or audit support activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and general administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative department environment.
Compensation
