Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, suppliers, and delivery drivers with a courteous and detail-oriented approach while managing the reception area.
• Answer incoming calls and general questions, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Keep the front office neat, orderly, and prepared to support day-to-day business activities.
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and delivery timing to help maintain an efficient office workflow.
• Monitor office supply levels and arrange replenishment to avoid interruptions in daily operations.
• Provide basic support for invoice-related paperwork by helping align invoices, purchase orders, and packing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records for vendor materials, deliveries, and other operational paperwork needed for internal processing.
• Act as a communication link between office staff, warehouse personnel, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely message delivery and issue routing.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.• At least 2 years of relevant experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles is preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with invoice packets, purchase orders, packing slips, or accounts payable support is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across different groups.
• Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail in handling records and routine office tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software, multi-line phone systems, and general administrative tools.
Compensation
