Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with professionalism, accuracy, and care in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position for someone who can create a helpful experience on every interaction while maintaining strong consistency during scheduled queue coverage. The ideal candidate is attentive, dependable, and able to resolve inquiries thoroughly so customers receive the correct guidance without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a calm, service-focused approach that builds trust and confidence.
• Guide customers through questions and processes clearly, ensuring forms and responses are completed accurately the first time whenever possible.
• Enter and update order or application information with close attention to detail to reduce delays and incomplete submissions.
• Monitor open customer items and follow up proactively to help prevent requests from remaining unresolved or pending.
• Maintain dependable attendance during assigned 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. coverage and remain available in queue as scheduled.
• Respond constructively to coaching and quickly apply feedback to improve quality, accuracy, and overall customer experience.
• Document customer conversations and next steps thoroughly to support smooth issue resolution and service continuity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in call center customer service or a similar high-volume support environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and accurately.
• Experience with order entry or updating customer records in a timely and precise manner.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to remain consistently available during scheduled working hours.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through to minimize incomplete work and stalled requests.
• Receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance based on coaching or quality review.

Compensation

$24.00-$24.00 Hourly
