Financial Reporting Accountant | Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid)
Now Hiring: Financial Reporting Accountant
I'm partnering with a growing organization in Greenwood Village, CO seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with public accounting or SEC reporting experience who wants to play a key role in financial reporting and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
- Support monthly and year-end close activities
- Prepare financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting analyses
- Research and interpret US GAAP guidance
- Partner with internal and external auditors
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex accounting transactions
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred or CPA candidate
- 1+ years of public accounting experience with SEC exposure or 2-3+ years of SEC financial reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Advanced Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
