We're partnering with a client to hire a Content Creator who will help bring the brand's social presence to life through engaging, social-first content across both paid and organic channels.
This is a hands-on creator role for someone who loves storytelling, social media, and content production. You'll spend your time generating ideas, capturing content, editing video, jumping on trends, and creating platform-native content that connects with audiences in an authentic way.

What You'll Do
- Create engaging social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Pitch creative content concepts and bring them to life from idea through final delivery
- Capture lo-fi, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, event, and marketing-focused content using mobile devices and production equipment
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content optimized for each platform
- Stay on top of social trends, creators, conversations, and platform updates to identify content opportunities
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to support campaigns with engaging social assets
- Create content that supports both organic engagement and paid social initiatives
- Assist with content planning and scheduling while maintaining a consistent publishing cadence
- Repurpose content into multiple formats across channels and audiences
- Monitor content performance and apply learnings to future content creation
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing social content, short-form video, and storytelling capabilities
- Hands-on experience shooting and editing content using mobile devices and creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends
- Ability to move quickly from concept to execution with minimal oversight
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for producing content people actually want to watch and share
- Experience supporting paid and organic social campaigns is a plus
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed and working closely with internal stakeholders, talent, and subject matter experts
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and excited to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
