REMOTE: Family Law Paralegal

Location: Fully remote

Job Type: Contract, 3-4 months, leave coverage

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a prominent midsize full-service law firm in its search for a Family Law Paralegal to provide contract support for a maternity leave coverage assignment. This fully remote opportunity is expected to run from September 1 - December 18, though the duration may change based on leave coverage needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings.
• Draft, revise, and proofread pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, maintain calendars, and track deadlines.
• Assist with discovery, document organization, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all case-related materials.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience in family law required.
• Must have experience supporting Arizona family law matters.
• Familiarity with Arizona family law procedures, filings, and court rules strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court filings, and case management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
