Bilingual Spanish Order Processing Specialist

Robert Half is assisting a client with the search for an Order Processing Specialist to support customer orders, sales order processing, shipping coordination, and inventory-related activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable communicating with customers, and experienced working with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Process sales orders in SAP, including product information, pricing, delivery dates, and order details.
• Send order confirmations and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment delays, order status, inventory availability, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding incoming inventory and container shipments.
• Arrange shipping and logistics according to company procedures.
• Provide shipping and receiving instructions to the warehouse.
• Provide customer service by phone and email regarding orders, products, deliveries, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and customer records.
• Assist with product returns and follow established RMA procedures.
• Help resolve claims involving delivered products or materials.
• Work with the inventory manager to help maintain appropriate stock levels.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of previous order processing experience is required.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience processing and managing customer sales orders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, warehouse teams, purchasing, finance, and other internal departments.
