We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support campaign development, automation, testing, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automated marketing campaigns
- Develop email and lead-nurturing workflows
- Conduct campaign testing and quality assurance
- Manage segmentation and audience targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong understanding of email marketing and automation
- Experience with campaign QA and testing
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong project management skills
