Partnering with a well-established company in Denver, CO seeking a Staff Accountant. This role will focus on financial reporting duties including but not limited to...
- preparing and reviewing 10k/10qs
- assisting in reviewing earnings releases
- working with internal and external auditors
- reconciling Balance Sheet accounts
- ad-hoc reporting duties
- assisting with acquisition and divestiture accounting

Qualifications:
The ideal Staff Accountant comes with...
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1+ years of accounting experience- preferred skillset in public audit with exposure to 10k/10qs
- CPA/CPA candidate- preferred but not required
- strong Excel skills
