Legal Secretary

Robert Half is partnering with an established litigation law firm in the San Diego Area to identify a Legal Secretary who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist their team. This is fully onsite with hybrid potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court dates
• Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with discovery, document organization, and case management
• Coordinate filings, service, and case-related communications
• Support trial preparation and ongoing litigation matters
• Work closely with an attorney in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 2+ YOE as a Legal Secretary in civil litigation, Plaintiff experience a HUGE plus.

The salary range for this position is $24-34/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
