Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a property management environment. This contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable balancing multiple priorities, and confident handling a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and care. The role requires strong office experience, attention to detail, and the ability to keep documentation, communication, and general support activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring office workflows remain organized, efficient, and well documented.
• Prepare, format, copy, and assemble business materials, including reports, correspondence, and presentation packages.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems so records are accurate, accessible, and updated in a timely manner.
• Support documentation processes by tracking information, organizing files, and distributing materials to internal teams and external partners.
• Operate standard office equipment for scanning, copying, printing, and general administrative production needs.
• Assist with scheduling, communications, and follow-up tasks while managing multiple assignments and changing priorities effectively.
• Provide administrative support related to third-party coordination, helping maintain clear records and timely communication.
• Use Microsoft Word and other basic office tools to create clear, well-formatted documents and support routine office requests.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within a detail-focused business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of standard office practices, including filing, document preparation, and records management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and confidence using basic office software and equipment.
• Ability to handle copying, printing, scanning, and document assembly with consistent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a detail-focused approach to internal and external interactions.
• Experience supporting third-party communications or vendor-related administrative processes is helpful.
Compensation
